Since 2002 I am working as a freelancer, taking various positions in IT Project Management. I am focusing on utilization of my experience to support customers to absorb the best possible services and products and to achieve most efficiency out of project deliverables. I have been involved in ERP, telecommunication and banking projects. I have experience with application design, project life cycle management, software implementation, development and system maintenance. I have been involved in the whole process from initiation, defining requirement, choosing suppliers, monitoring and control to building support and Go Live. I have experience and skills in:
